"All About Epis was founded in 2020 during the pandemic, but what began as a referral-only request for my homemade Haitian epis quickly grew into something much bigger.

Whenever someone tasted my food and asked, “What makes this taste so good?” my answer was always simple: “It’s all about the epis.”

The phrase stuck and so did the flavor.

What started through word of mouth naturally became a seasoning brand and an opportunity to introduce more people to the richness of Haitian culture through food. For those unfamiliar with epis, every taste became a conversation: What is epis? How do you use it? What makes Haitian seasoning different?"
